Delivery is free for all products and orders. Free delivery is valid only on ALL US orders. Other areas are separately charged.

Yes, it is possible. If you would like to cancel your order for some reason, you can cancel it by going to your account on the website.

Your order may be cancelled due to lack of stock. However, you will receive the relevant information for your order, in any case. You will be sent an email to the email address you left in the order form and you will also be contacted by the customer service department.

You should input the next information: First name, Last name, Company name (optional), Country/Region, Street address, Town/City, State, ZIP, Phone number, Email address.

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. You can also track your order and its relevant status on the Order Tracking page.
